The Lips Karaoke Microphone is a strategy-based product that positions XBOX as a leading console choice in Europe. GA developed persona-driven concept prototypes for testing in multinational settings. These studies helped us find that the ‘light show’ feature was a must-have along with professional microphone characteristics that take it beyond a typical gaming accessory. Success was apparent in these areas where XBOX console/Lips bundles outsold PS3s.
GA also worked with the XBOX design group on the development of the 360 wireless headset and chatpad products (lower right) and is currently partnering with them on more exciting projects.
